Our large boxes are produced from the pine and spruce grown up North. The wood pores of such timber
are much more dense than that of the pine and spruce grown in Southern regions, making our material
noticeably more stable and durable.
All of our lumber, used to manufacture the boxes, is dried to a 10-12 percent moisture content. This
prevents the fungus from multiplying and the boards from deforming, facilitating further processing.
After drying, the boards are planed on all sides and sharp corners are rounded. Special routing is
performed, which is necessary to produce a stable box. Once the boards are calibrated to the required
dimensions, the gluing process follows. Special corrugated nails are used to tightly compress the boards,
helping to maintain the proper pressure to achieve optimal adhesiveness.
The structure of our boxes is what sets them apart from our competition. The box frame contains a
diagonal board, making it a self-supporting construction. Additionally, the upper and lower boards are
40mm thick, twice the usual thickness, making the boxes exceptionally durable and damage resistant.
